Leveraging research to increase SkySlope Forms file creation
Seeing the power of quick wins through micro-surveys with a 245% increase in files created in Forms.
The problem
Our streamlined form-filling tool, SkySlope Forms, was not reaching the product adoption we were aiming for. In other words, we were seeing file creation was lower than anticipated.
I saw a new opportunity and I took action
I reached out to our Data Analyst and Product Marketing Manager to start a conversation. I wanted to understand the effort it would take to link transactional emails to an in-product micro-survey.
We compromised and came to a solution
We would test the MVP first and measure its impact before allocating more time and resources towards this initiative. I could work with that.
